We have some news to share: Summit Benefits Group has relocated its headquarters from London, Kentucky to Somerset, Kentucky. Somerset is now our headquarters location.
If you are an existing client, here is the short version: nothing about your coverage or how you reach us changes. Same team, same phone number, same approach. If you are new to us, here is a bit about what the move means and how we work.
Why Somerset
London served us well as our original home, and we are grateful for the years there. As the agency has grown, Somerset made sense as our headquarters going forward.
Somerset sits in a practical spot for the way we actually work. It keeps us rooted in southeastern Kentucky while giving us better reach across the state — which matters for an agency whose clients are spread from the mountains to the western counties. It is also a community with the kind of steady, neighborly character that fits how we like to do business: in person when that helps, by phone when that is easier, and always without a sales-floor feel.
We Still Serve All of Kentucky
This is the part we most want to be clear about, because a headquarters move can easily be misread.
Relocating to Somerset does not narrow who we serve. We continue to work with individuals and families throughout Kentucky — the same as before.
You do not need to live in or near Somerset to work with us. Our clients are spread across the state, and much of what we do happens by phone, email, and video — comparing plans, reviewing prescriptions, walking through options, and answering questions. Where you live in Kentucky determines which plans are available to you; it does not determine whether we can help.

We help people close specific gaps with supplemental coverage — dental, vision, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and AD&D — only where a real gap exists.
How We Like to Work
Our approach has not changed with the address. We are an independent agency, which means we compare options across multiple carriers rather than pushing one company's products. We would rather explain something twice than have you sign up for something you do not understand. And if the honest answer is "what you have already is fine," we will tell you that.
